Experience:

Naturaleza is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about providing compassionate and client-centered services. Her experience includes both private and community mental health services addressing diverse mental health concerns for children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in trauma and is trained in Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR) helping clients process traumatic events. She is also trained in the HEART Model (Healing Emotional and Affective Responses to Trauma) a faith based model that assists clients in processing complex trauma. Her areas of experience include anxiety, depression, chronic stress, adjustment and life transitions, intimate partner violence, processing childhood experiences, and trauma. She enjoys working with her clients and helping them achieve their personal goals.
