Fees & Insurance
Session Rates
Payment is due at the time service is rendered. Fees are based on the service provided, your insurance coverage, and the length of the sessions. Individual and family sessions are 45 to 55 minutes, Couples sessions are 75 minutes.
Individual Therapy: $185
Couple & Family Therapy: $210
Nutrition & Integrative Medicine Program: Please call for program information and cost.
Insurance
In-Network
We are providers for Aetna, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford, United Healthcare and BlueCross and BlueShield of New Jersey. Claims are submitted and processed through our administrative partner Headway, so we may focus on your care. Please go to headway.co to verify your insurance plan and determine your co-pay amount and if you have met your insurance deductible.
For all other insurance companies, we are considered an “out-of-network” provider. If your insurance company offers out-of-network benefits, you may receive full or partial reimbursement for the cost of our services. Most insurance companies that provide out-of-network benefits cover between 50%-80% of the cost per session. Statements for reimbursements may be obtained from the ICC Office Manager.
Out-of-Network
We work with Zaya Health, which can automatically file out-of-network claims for you and help you potentially get partial reimbursement for my services. You can use this tool below to check your insurance and see if you are eligible for these benefits.
Cancelation Policy
As sessions are 45-55 minutes, if you are late, you will only be allowed the time remaining. If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, We require at least 24-hour notice. Cancellations can be made by calling your therapist and leaving a voicemail message. Cancellations that occur with less than 24-hour notice or failure to show to an appointment will be charged the fee of $75.00. As insurance companies do not cover missed appointment fees, patients utilizing insurance will be personally responsible for full payment of canceled or missed sessions. If three appointments are missed without notice, any remaining appointments will be canceled. If, for any reason, your appointment needs to be canceled, you will be notified at the earliest possible time.

Out-Of-Network
We provide needed documentation for out-of-network insurance submissions. This means you can be provided with a receipt (super bill) for partial reimbursement. We are happy to check your insurance and make sure you have these benefits along with helping you submit your super bills. Statements for reimbursements may be obtained from the ICC Office Administrators.
