I utilize a humanistic, person-centered approach to the therapeutic process. My passions revolve around integrating active listening and genuine empathy to foster growth and personal development. My approach will be uniquely catered to each of my clients, highlighting the beauty in individualism. Together we can nurture a mindful and healthy therapeutic journey.

Divjot is a Master Level Intern with a background with  the national suicide line, acute inpatient psychiatric unit, individuals with various psychotic and personality disorders and children experiencing trauma.

Life enriches life… when I am not at work I love surrounding myself with plants, animals and books. My perfect day includes hitting a bookstore with a cup of coffee in my hand and my dog by my side!
