Experience
Sonay is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Seton Hall University graduate with a Master of Arts/ Education Specialist degree in Professional Counseling. Over the past eight years, she has worked within the nonprofit mental health sector working with and assessing clients with depression, anxiety, trauma experiences, psychotic disorders, and personality disorders. She has also recently become Approved Clinical Supervisor to support counseling interns/students in their journey to becoming licensed.
More than just my work: I love listening to music. It gives me a sense of joy/peace and is an amazing stress reliever. It is my go to coping skill!
