Sonay, a Doctor of Healthcare Administration and Licensed Professional Counselor, has over nine years of experience in the mental health field. As an Approved Clinical Supervisor, she mentors master’s-level counseling interns and Licensed Associate Counselors on their path to licensure. Throughout her career in the nonprofit mental health sector, Sonay has assessed and treated clients with a range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, trauma, psychotic disorders, and personality disorders.
More than just my work: I love listening to music. It gives me a sense of joy/peace and is an amazing stress reliever. It is my go to coping skill!
